The Dubai Events and Promotions Establishment has come up with an exciting calendar of events for a landmark 15th edition of Dubai Shopping Festival, expected to run over 30 days, having started Thursday and ending on February 28. DSF 2010 will involve the participation of more than 6,000 retail outlets and 50 malls.
